Meet Alexa Corbin, Account Manager

This month we're checking in with Account Manager Alexa Corbin. Alexa plays an important role helping potential clients understand the ContractWorks contract lifecycle management platform to determine if it's a fit for their business needs. Alexa has also helped support EMEA businesses since the ContractWorks UK office opened earlier this year.

Getting to Know Alexa

When did you join SecureDocs, Inc.*?

I joined SecureDocs, Inc. in December of 2018.

What were you doing prior to joining ContractWorks?

Prior to joining, I was working as the Marketing and Business Development Coordinator for Wilson Associates Dubai. 

What do you love about what you do?

I enjoy the opportunity to speak with many different people from different areas around the world. While all the challenges are relatively the same for the people I talk to, the industries and companies all change, and that is what I particularly enjoy. I love representing a company with a product that can make a difference by meeting their needs. 

Why do you think what you do is important to the overall goals of ContractWorks?

My goal is to help determine whether or not we fit a customer’s needs. There are many reasons why we want to align with a customer’s needs but the main reason is that we want happy customers. So I help find happy customers and I communicate with our Product and Engineering teams to help advise them on what I’m hearing and how we can expand and improve the product.

What excites you most about the future of the company?

I joined this company when there were only about 20 people and not only have we doubled in size since then, we also have opened a brand new office overseas. I’m excited for the growth and opportunity with SecureDocs, Inc. and I love being part of a company that’s at the beginning of its growth. 

What is your favorite quote?

“It’s impossible,” said pride.

What are you doing when you’re not in the office?

Working on home improvement projects and re-doing the front and back yards has kept me pretty busy! I love taking my dog to the beach and working out.

Any other fun facts or hidden talents?

I have never lived in a place longer than four years and I have lived on five of the six habitable continents. Number seven is on the list!
