In this post, we're catching up with Senior Implementation Manager Katy Neal. Katy plays an important role helping clients find success using the ContractWorks CLM platform, and works to provide both initial training and ongoing customer support. Read more about Katy below.

When did you join SecureDocs, Inc.*?

I joined SecureDocs, Inc. on the ContractWorks team in December 2018.

What were you doing prior to joining ContractWorks?

I worked in professional services for a corporate performance management tool helping companies gain insight into their business.

What do you love about what you do?

I love seeing people become empowered with our platform and how diverse the solution can be. Working through set up and doing system training, it’s great to see not only our product having an impact on creating business solutions but also that companies are able to keep the solution management and maintenance internal.

Why do you think what you do is important to the overall goals of ContractWorks?

We love helping people become product experts, and that’s where I fit in! Implementation Managers are here to help be a go-to resource for the learning process, provide best practices, and also take in any feedback to provide our team for further product development. We also help make sure clients stay up to date on any new features we release and if we can help implement those.

What excites you most about the future of the company?

The team here is always thinking about ‘what’s next,’ so there is always something new to be watching out for. That’s been leading us to some pretty exciting ideas and to see feedback become reality has always been exciting.

What is your favorite quote?

What are you doing when you’re not in the office?

I love being outside, so you can most likely find me hiking or running on the trails. I also work with a local crisis center taking hotline calls and helping with community education.
