You can edit a user’s role to give them the exact level of access they need on ContractWorks (learn more about creating different roles here).
Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Go to Users > Users.
Step 2: Update the roles for your user(s). You can do this one of two ways:
- "Bulk edit” by first selecting the users in the far left-hand column; then, click on Actions > Bulk edit.
Update the role for the selected users from the drop-down menu and click Save to change or Cancel to back out. - You can also edit roles individually by clicking on a user’s name or by clicking on the three-dots drop-down menu under the Actions column and then on Edit Role.
If you click on an individual user, edit their role from the Role drop-down menu.
NOTE: You can also create an entirely new role directly from this drop-down menu.
