Implementation Manager

SecureDocs Inc is looking for a highly organized self-starter to join our Santa Barbara-based Customer Success Team as an Implementation Manager on the ReadySign Electronic Signature product. 

ReadySign provides Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions that are used by companies looking to securely sign and store documents electronically. 

The ReadySign Implementation Manager will work directly with customers during the initial software on-boarding, setup, and user training period, as well as ongoing in supporting the customer base. With our team-oriented approach, you will work with cross-functional team members to ensure we continue to provide immediate value to our customers and differentiate ourselves from our competition.

Responsibilities Include: 

• New Customer Implementation
• Develop strong relationships with customers 
• Provide in-depth product demonstrations and user training
• Educate and train various levels of users
• Aid with inbound support, customer problem solving and issue resolution
• Monitor and help increase product usage, and manage customer renewals
• Cross-Departmental Support
• Collaborate with sales team to help educate prospective clients
• Work with engineering around technical account setup
• Collaborate with the product team to help prioritize product plan

Skills & Requirements:

• College degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous role(s) in an implementation, customer success, or customer-facing environment, in SaaS a plus
• An interest in technology, SaaS, and its applications
• Comfortable giving presentations and software demonstrations
• Highly organized, and comfortable creating own to-do list and managing schedule to align with company priorities
• Comfortable working on an early-stage product where change is inevitable
• Team player
