ContractWorks is looking for a highly organized self-starter to join our Santa Barbara based Customer Success team as an Implementation Manager.

The ContractWorks Implementation Manager (CIM) will work directly with customers during the initial software onboarding, setup, and user training period. The CIM will assist customers with creating an onboarding approach, designing a launch plan, and implementing the ContractWorks solution to enable a successful deployment within the organization. The CIM will also be responsible for driving adoption by providing ongoing training for new users, as well as providing product enhancement training to existing users. 

Responsibilities include:

  • New customer Implementation
  • Deliver trainings necessary for the customers' successful launch of ContractWorks
  • Educate various levels of users
  • Develop customer advocates/champions throughout the implementation engagement
  • Serve as the ContractWorks subject matter expert on ContractWorks product capabilities
  • Aid with customer problem solving and issue resolution
  • Monitor and help increase product usage and user adoption
  • Collaborate with sales team to set up and manage successful product trials
  • Work with Engineering to ensure all technical aspects of the implementation process are met
  • Provide feedback to our Product &  Engineering teams to help facilitate additional sales opportunities

Requirements for the role include:

  • College degree preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a related field preferred
  • Previous roles (such as internships) in a customer-facing environment a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An interest in technology and its applications is a must
  • Desire to work in a collaborative environment to promote and drive superior team performance
  • Highly organized, and comfortable creating own to-do list and managing schedule to align with company priorities
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage company where change is inevitable
  • Self-starter, extremely organized, team player with ability to deliver within defined timelines
