Updating Notification Recipients

Managing the address book for notification recipients is easy in ContractWorks. Here, we’ll take you step-by-step through the process.

Instructions: 

Step 1: Log into ContractWorks and access the Notifications Report from the Reports drop-down menu.

Step 2: Click on the Address Book icon.

Step 3: All signers or notification recipients ever input will be listed in this pop-up view. Type in the Search bar to search for a contact or Scroll to find a contact in the list. Click the Actions button (with the three dots) next to the person’s name to either Edit or Delete the contact.

Step 4: You can Edit the person’s name or email address. Click Save after editing to save your changes.

Step 5: If you want to Delete a contact, you’ll get this pop-up message confirming the deletion.
