When signer or alert details are added into ContractWorks, the signer will be saved and a dropdown with their information will be available next time you send a document for signature. Managing your dropdown options is available in the Sign Tab.
Instructions
Step 1: Go to Sign > Address Book.
Step 2: All signers or notification recipients ever input will be listed in this pop-up view. Type in the Search bar to search for a contact or Scroll to find a contact in the list. Click the Actions button (with the three dots) next to the person’s name to either Edit or Delete the contact.
You can Edit the person’s name or email address. Click Save after editing to save your changes.
If you want to Delete a contact, you’ll get this pop-up message confirming the deletion.
