This guide will show you how to replace the Contractworks logo with your own custom company logos in system generated emails. These include emails sent for electronic signature requests, new user invitations, and document notifications/alerts.
Instructional Guide:
Step 1: Click on the settings icon in the upper right corner.
Step 2: Under Company Information, find “Company Email Logo” and click the pencil icon to the right.
Step 3: Click "Upload Your Logo" to open your file manager.
Step 4: Select the file you wish to use for your logo. The maximum file size is 1 MB.
Step 5: Once you save your logo, it will appear in emails that are sent for electronic signature, new user invitation emails and notification emails.
