How to Reset a Password
- From the login screen (located here), select the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ (link beneath the ‘Log In’ button).
- Enter the email address that was used to invite you to the service, and then click the button to ‘Send Reset Password Instructions.’
- If the email address you entered is the same that was used to invite you to the data room, you will receive an email from support@contractworks.com.
- Click the link in the email for ‘Change My Password’ and then enter a new password.
- Once the password is confirmed (typed a second time), click the option for ‘Change My Password’ and proceed to login.
